Professional Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, appropriateness, and legal compliance of any documents generated using our platform. The final responsibility for all legal documents rests with the licensed attorney who submits them.

Subscription and Payment

Regarding subscriptions and payments:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

Intellectual Property

The AI Lawyer platform, including its software, algorithms, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform.

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your client data or generated documents.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
